How we protect your data

Encryption everywhere
Fleet data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit — from the tracker on the vehicle to the dashboard in your browser. Encryption keys are rotated and managed in a dedicated key management service.
Access control built for fleets
Role-based access control lets you scope what dispatchers, mechanics, and managers can see. SSO via SAML 2.0 and enforced multi-factor authentication keep credentials out of spreadsheets.
Complete audit trails
Every login, settings change, data export, and API call is logged with who, what, and when. Audit logs are immutable, searchable from the admin console, and exportable to your SIEM.
Multi-region cloud with automatic failover
TrackPro runs across multiple cloud regions with automated failover and continuous backups. If a region degrades, traffic shifts without you noticing — that is how we engineer for our 99.9% uptime target.
Continuous monitoring and pen testing
24/7 automated threat detection and alerting across our infrastructure, plus independent penetration testing as a standing part of our security program. Findings are triaged on defined SLAs and verified after remediation.
Data retention and export controls
You decide how long location history is retained, and you can export your data in standard formats at any time. When you leave, your data is deleted on a documented schedule — it is yours, not ours.
Responsible disclosure
Found a vulnerability? We want to hear from you. Report it privately to our security team and we will acknowledge your report within two business days, keep you updated through remediation, and credit you if you would like. We do not pursue legal action against good-faith research.

We collect only the data needed to run your fleet, never sell it, and never use it for advertising. Driver location is visible only to the roles you authorize, and privacy controls let you pause tracking outside work hours. The full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.

Customer data is stored in hardened cloud data centers across multiple geographic regions, with encrypted backups replicated between regions for durability. For larger deployments, we can discuss regional hosting preferences during onboarding.
