What it does

The QuickBooks connection, end to end

Everything the TrackPro + QuickBooks integration handles for you — automatically, once it’s switched on.

Syncs fuel, toll, and maintenance expenses into QuickBooks with vehicle-level categorization.

Maps each vehicle to a class or location so you can report profitability per asset.

Posts mileage totals for IFTA and reimbursement workflows without manual tallying.

Keeps the books current on a scheduled sync, so month-end close starts with reconciled numbers.

How to connect

Live in a few steps

No professional-services engagement required — a fleet admin can connect QuickBooks from the TrackPro dashboard.

  1. In TrackPro, open Settings → Integrations and select QuickBooks.

  2. Sign in through QuickBooks’ secure OAuth screen and approve access.

  3. Map TrackPro cost categories to your QuickBooks chart of accounts and assign vehicles to classes.

  4. Pick a sync frequency and confirm the first batch before it posts.
