What it does
The QuickBooks connection, end to end
Everything the TrackPro + QuickBooks integration handles for you — automatically, once it’s switched on.
Syncs fuel, toll, and maintenance expenses into QuickBooks with vehicle-level categorization.
Maps each vehicle to a class or location so you can report profitability per asset.
Posts mileage totals for IFTA and reimbursement workflows without manual tallying.
Keeps the books current on a scheduled sync, so month-end close starts with reconciled numbers.
How to connect
Live in a few steps
No professional-services engagement required — a fleet admin can connect QuickBooks from the TrackPro dashboard.
In TrackPro, open Settings → Integrations and select QuickBooks.
Sign in through QuickBooks’ secure OAuth screen and approve access.
Map TrackPro cost categories to your QuickBooks chart of accounts and assign vehicles to classes.
Pick a sync frequency and confirm the first batch before it posts.
