What it does
The Microsoft Teams connection, end to end
Everything the TrackPro + Microsoft Teams integration handles for you — automatically, once it’s switched on.
Delivers TrackPro alerts to the Teams channels you map, by type or vehicle group.
Attaches vehicle, driver, and location detail plus a link back into TrackPro.
Lets you route different events to different channels to keep alerts relevant.
Sends scheduled summaries so managers stay informed without opening the dashboard.
How to connect
Live in a few steps
No professional-services engagement required — a fleet admin can connect Microsoft Teams from the TrackPro dashboard.
In TrackPro, open Settings → Integrations and select Microsoft Teams.
Connect and approve the TrackPro app for your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Map alert types and vehicle groups to the Teams channels that should receive them.
Configure summary timing and quiet hours, then post a test message to verify.
